Best team in England this season is obvious - the PL table tells us that. Best team in Europe? I hope they eventually get the chance at that this season and continue to prove that we have the best league in the world. Hopefully United will be back at you next season.
Until then, best wishes.

A long time ago Italy was generally accepted as thee footballing league and nation. Those teams weren’t renowned for the number of goals or number of points won back then but rather the level and quality of the skill on show

italian league is the poorest by far, a poor juventus side that hasn't won in europe for 20 years has dominated it endlessly. even managed to cheat and be demoted and still come back to dominate again. frankly embarrassing from other italian clubs, especially the big ones like milan, inter, roma and lazio.

Juve are the biggest bottlers in Europe, to be fair.

Liverpool and City are currently a stronger 2 teams than any other 2 in any of those leagues. In terms of the rest I don't know.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Barcelona and Madrid >>>> Liverpool and City
Bayern and Leipzig >>>>> Liverpool and City
Juventus and Inter >>>>> Liverpool and City
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Liverpool got to 2 consecutive CL finals, and close to 100 points in the league. City close to 100 points in the league the last couple of seasons and looked like knocking Real Madrid out of the CL.

Why do you bother Wahl, everybody kn you are a fool.

That doesn’t work as Tottenham have always been shiiiiiit. Juve have lost seven times in the final of the European Cup, five times since it’s been in the CL. That’s why they’re bottlers.

juventus have won double the league titles as the next best italian team and have won in europe 3 times, how bad must the rest of the clubs be?

Remember when they used to crow about having the "Highest cumulative points over 3 seasons" ?

I'm just putting accross a point the measure of a good league has changed a lot.

Talking maybe circa 1995. The strength of the Italian League could be seen by how close the points totals could be top to bottom. Nearly every team could potentially win the Italian League making it so competitive and exciting to watch. During the Football Italia years there were some amount of players mastering the art of the dead ball delivery. Now we guage a team's strength by the value of their MVP.

Milan have won more European Cups than anyone but Real Madrid. Like I said, Juve are bottlers in Europe.

Yeah but they’ve lost seven finals. United have lost two. Milan have won seven and lost four.

Chelsea reigning Europa league winners, Liverpool, 2 CLs on the bounce, current European champions after a an all English final, and Liverpool reigning World champions, about to win the prem by a record distance from the rest, one of whom, may well go on to win this years CL.
As David Frost used to say on through the keyhole, 'The clues are there'. 🤔😂😂😂
What a stupid question. 😂😂😂
