yeah agree

I will admit that this bit made me laugh - This cvnt has been on a march today - it did slightly remind me of Jerry Sadowitz being challenged to write a joke beginning with the words "Nelson Mandela, what a cvnt".

The only thing I wasn't sure about was whether Mings is a cvnt for expressing some fear about catching a potentially fatal or career-threatening disease, or because he is a black man joining a BLM march. Presumably "both" is the answer.

I doubt it is a fatal or career threatening disease to Mings who is an absolute athlete. Everytime I've read about a footballer who has tested positive they've been asymptomatic and had no idea they had it. I'd say it's more likely he wanted the league cancelled so Villa don't go down. I also don't believe for a second he'll take himself out of the games, he is a fighter. He's just frustrated they have decided to play on.

Fck off Don, you’ve done a Mings and contradicted yourself above 🙄🙄

I couldn’t care less what colour he is and what he was marching for he’s said he’s scared of returning to what would be the safest environment to standing shoulder to shoulder with hundreds possibly thousand of strangers who haven’t been tested, isolating etc

So both is indeed the answer, thanks.

As you said, what a cvnt.

I’d usually say I’ve made you look like a cvnt but you’ve done that yourself

Think he said he was in favour of returning, although worried about the background under which Restart was being done. Maybe people should read what he said.

As for him standing up to be counted, well done Tyrone.

these are Liverpool fans. They’d force teams to play even if every player was sick with a deadly strain of Ebola, as long as they got the title....

a man is allowed to look at something like the murder of George floyd and go on a protest irrespective of what he said about covid and his job.

posted on 5/6/20

He's going to look a bit daft if he contracted COVID during that rally and has to miss their first game.

dont think so. it looked like he took reasonable precautions and hopefully he told the club and isolated from squad until next test.

somethings are more important. we ought to be supporting and listening imo not critiquing

if every player attended sure it gets a problem. yes we could applaud for the nhs and maybe some such protest method might have been organised but it is what it is and the cause is just.

I suppose you could say it is hypocritical but at the end of the day he is entitle to decide that this issue is important enough for him to attend the march. Good on him for that.

My thoughts as well. If he feels it one issue overrides the other then its up to him.

If I was him I'd still go out to march in peace and it's hypocritical but fack it.

I’ve missed all of this VJ. I presume TM, a player who I rate and hope will go on to greater things has said no play due to the danger of Covid, then goes on a march in support of BLM.

If that’s the case then, good luck to the man. He’s said one thing and done another which tends to oppose his original position. We’ve all seen what happened in the USA, and can understand and support any march against police brutality.

Not the end of the world VJ. His actions appear somewhat contradictory but that was his choice.
