Tend to agree. Would be a YES from me, but then I have been suggesting a 14 team top flight for years.
I'd have more potential relegation spots from the "bottom 8" post-split though. 1 automatic and 1 play-off isn't enough IMO. Could potentially mean a hell of a lot of meaningless "bottom 8" games post-split.
B team idea is well worth a try. What's to lose?
Wonder what the old firm b clashes would be like?
The 6-8 split was my idea
Freshens it up so that’s good
The colts idea certainly helps the 2 big Glasgow clubs
Puts some funds in to the lower levels
Fixes most of the early finish to the season issues
Medium long term it’s about strengthening Rangers and Celtic though
Others could join up But not sure they can finance it when player levels are being cut
I woukd go for it but let’s not kid on it’s not going to benefit 2 clubs much more than the rest

i think the partnership thing will benefit other clubs that cant afford a b team
Time to freshen things up so why not give it a try?
The 6/8 is a great idea, glad I was the 1st to come up with it.

If the 12 remaining clubs create partnerships and each have 6 players loaned out then the lower league becomes little more than a competitive training/trading ground for the top level
I’m sort of for it but believe it’s all just a bit self serving
But that’s always been the way of Scottish football and the 2 big clubs

Would suit jig with a polka tie.
Not entirely sure Brora want promotion.
They certainly didn't a few seasons ago as they knew it'd cost them much more to play in League Two than the Highland League.
Also had several players who would have had to quit as they would need more time off from their regular jobs than they currently do in the Highland League.

Price is going up! Says starting cost is £125k in the report, you say it’s £350 in the OP, and you’re now up at £400k!
Lower leagues should just wait until Monday and they’ll be rolling in it.
Still has the split so can't say I'm a huge fan.
It’s only benefiting themselves which I am not surprised at
In other news looks like we've signed a back up to Borna

Quite clearly the major beneficiary is as expected.
Just another example of how the game has been run for ever really.
The plan though does have some positives which make it worthwhile exploring
