No Reconstruction

Reconstruction was never going to get the support it needed. I can't imagine anyone realistically thought it was going to happen.

If Hearts go through the courts then it's all a bit meh. They might get compensation but they won't be reinstated.

It will take months if not years to get an agreement and settlement. They'll get money in a year or two, certainly not soon

No matter what you think of them, it's a terrible way for them, or any team, to be relegated.

F@ck Hearts. Horrible club, vile support. 4 league wins - bye bye👍

Aside from their embarrassing fans I think all sympathy is lost because of the size of the club yet they still contrived to finish last.

I feel sorry for Partick, they genuinely had a case for not being bottom of their league due to points v games played.

Hearts IMO were down, recent form was horrendous and a loss to relegation rivals St Mirren sealed it. They can now mask how bad they were behind the pandemic stuff

I actually don't mind Hearts and love visiting Tynecastle - genuinely my favourite away ground in Scotland - but I agree they get what they deserve for their league performance. They were bottom for a reason and it's just the way it is. Tough luck.

Wouldn’t be the only club doing that 😂😂

Has there been any comment at all from teams in play-off positions? I imagine the likes of Dundee and ICT are a bit miffed they don't have any hope of going up this season, but are they just taking it for what it is?

Could this legal case delay next season starting now

Not sure how much precedent the cases in other countries gives given they were decided by league rather vote I think. But guess there’s always the vote itself too

I was very surprised they accepted it. Falkirk for instance must have invested heavily in trying to get promoted and they've just released nine players I think

No as I suspect you do that then you get the relegation teams in play off spots staying very quiet.

There is no perfect answer and there is no solution that doesn't impact or annoy anyone. I suspect play off promotion teams are just accepting it as it's not as big a fight as the current financial one they face
