Focusing on one game is another deflection. The point made covers a long period of time and shows how Rangers get more pens than any other team in the SPFL - despite SG saying ‘We get nuhin’

I don't think his statement was limited to penalties. But ignoring that the stats cover an arbitrary period of time considering his time line is 18-19 onwards and this stat in isolation doesn't really tell you much. A bit of the lies damn lies and statistics perhaps with the possibly cherry picked data over a period that tells the story someone wants it to tell.

To be fair, Miller, when SG made his infamous accusation after his first game he was not specific about just how many seasons rangers had been hard done by though seeing as he had just taken somebody else’s word for it that is maybe understandable?

I disagree with SG’s comments. Having watched football in Scotland for a long time, I’ve seen Rangers get decisions lots of times. Both the OF have had their share of decisions good and bad.
The rest of the League know they’re up against it when facing the OF because most decisions tend to go against them. That’s not to say they’re all wrong. The difference in level and quality of team and squad will always favour both the OF in this. But then a lot has to do with the reaction of the fans putting pressure on the Ref.
These calls will not always be game changing. Sometimes just a heavy tackle not getting a free kick awarded. Or an offside not being called. A decision to allow a quick free kick. Or a suspicious long extra-time being awarded at the end.
It’s suspected many of the Refs are biased towards one side of the OF and many have leaned towards Gers in the past. I don’t think that’s a surprise to anyone. What’s really changed is Rangers now rely on decisions to go in their favour to make our league seem competitive. And SG looks to be getting his knickers in a twist because it’s not been happening for him.
