Has anyone got any thoughts on Alex Baptiste situation? would you like to see him welcomed back into the squad?
I wouldn't have him back the way he left. Old mate of evatt so job for the boys like gilks.
I enjoyed that few minutes of madness. of course, I'm talking about the video that pasty posted.
That's pretty definite Benny. Maybe you will be proved right regarding him being offered a place in the squad though.

He could probably teach Emmanuel & Brockbank a thing or to.
He was awful when he played for us. 34 now and several serious injuries since really no thanks. We can't afford to sign someone who's main ability is to give stupid penalties away. Emmanuel has left the club btw.

I missed Emmanuel going 🤦♂️ I also don’t like Baptist it would be like keeping Hobbs.
No new signings as yet today. Evatt has been expressing the virtues of the Enigma machine. He seems confident that the system will result in the formation of a good squad. However, there is always the unknown. Injuries etc. We know a lot about injuries. I just hope that the Physio that Evatt brought with him from Barrow knows his stuff.
Should I betting on a keeper being next up on the in's board we are a bit light in that department.
Hasn't the newly appointed goalkeeper coach, Matt Gilks, been registered as a player??
He has but another keeper of some statue would be a good addition.
It's going to be a Friday 5pm reveal day isn't it.
They'll be questions in the house if there isn't a new player holding up a scarf in the BEN by bedtime.
The Premier League and the EFL are set to conclude talks regarding the start dates for all leagues today.
With a bit of luck they will sort out the fixture list ASAP and release them. We will then have to be looking at the last colulm on the right of the lists of leagues for signing in purposes. I never like it when we move over to the right hand colums. Hopefully next year we will move back one position to the left.
We'll be second in the league behind Barrow before a ball is kicked.
Careful Pasty, Barnet could emerge from National League mid-table through a mixture of stealth, cunning and points-per-game to find themselves top of League 2 ahead of Barrow and Bolton when the season kicks off

Stand by your beds.
The league restarts on the 12th September.
I think a few eyes will be peeled on the Wanderers' social media platforms at about 5pm in the next few weeks.
Pre season game on the 12th August away FC Utd behind closed doors should be a game the trialist family will turn out in force for.
I'm not too bothered what position we start off in before we play a game, It's the position that we finish in after the last game has been played that matters. I'm looking for us to finish in the top spot with many points in front of second place. A goal tally that can't be rivalled and good attacking football having been played all season. Good reults in cup games and a few quid in the bank for the club.
The next season we will be out of embargo and we will need to strengthen the squad in order to return to the Championship the season after that.
Boss was at Harrogate today for the play off game.
keep an eye out for Tobias and a laptop at Notts Co
To be fair the boss was doing the punditry there.
Seems to be a consensus that grounds will be at a third capacity. Which for us is about 9,400.
Is moonlighting allowed or was it a paid shopping trip.
It's a game now isn't it we must have a new signing tucked away somewhere they'll announce when it's least expected.
I'm taking tomorrow off so keep an eye out then
On a quiet day I thought that I would share a post that my Spanish friend, Vicente Palacio posted on facebook. I hope that you enjoy it.

Am I correct in thinking that unless the rules on the salary cap changes, any players that we sign before the 1st August are adjusted lower than the signings made later?
Should that be the case, we should be signing players before Saturday to take advantage of the situation.
