Just thank your lucky stars the likes of Corbyn and Abbott are not managing this situation, just take a step back and imagine that scenario for a moment..

The government are taking advice from the scientific experts, what more can they do.

Opening pubs is a massive mistake for me on a Saturday

Will be mayhem.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Exactly, it’s the little details like that which make me think BJ is insane. Remember at the beginning of all this he allowed people to have one final piiiiss up before lockdown?

It’s like he operates in a different world to reality. I have one month to go and I’m out of this country for good. I shall leave you with my best wishes and hope you guys get a leader that knows what he/she’s doing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Where you moving to?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Australia where lockdown exists in its purest form. 2 weeks in hotel quarantine on arrival with guards outside the door. If only england thought of that 3 months ago..

————

I did take a step back and realised - yes, they would do a better job than the blustering conman that is Boris and his team of hucksters.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No they wouldnt, they would be taking the same advice from the same scientists. In the case of Abbott, she struggles to count to 10, so highly unlikely.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I doubt Corbyn would be out shaking hands with people at the start of a pandemic.

It’s such a cop out to absolve the government blame to say ‘they take advice from the scientists’. Don’t you get it yet? That’s been the government line since the beginning. Distance themselves from blame by saying it’s the scientists that they are taking directions from yet many many scientists in this country have said the directions the government have been taking are incorrect.

All a bunch of trash from Boris and his men. Imagine having Cummings sitting in on scientific meetings.. oh yeah, he did. What a joke.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s no coincidence that the countries that elected Far Roght populist ar$eholes (USA, UK & Brazil) have the highest death tolls and infection rates.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yup all those with the most stupid electorate.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Quite.

The scary thing will be in the winter when people have cold symptoms from just a normal winter cold - how will people know straight away if they have covid or a cold? That uncertainty will lead people having to stay off work and panic setting in. Add that to a flu season on top of the Covid cases and it could be Armageddon in hospitals and workplaces

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Absolutely the winter season will be the worse. I usually have a flu jab, but with Corona getting prioritised, doubt I will be able to access one this year, which puts me at a very big risk, because of my age.

Although I do like England, but at the moment is is being run appallingly bad, pandering to the very worse in society. Their are so many that have been brainwashed by the likes of Farage and Tommy Robinson, it makes me very sad.

This has been handled awfully by the government. There seems to be a constant need for them to just convey positive message, rather than give people the facts and operate on what the best decision is.

They lack caution in their messaging about easing measures. There is no 'we will allow this to happen and reassess in a few weeks as to whether we can do more'. They are straight in to telling everyone what they will do next with no idea on the impact of what they have just done will have.

When the messages from the government are that in a week or two's time we will decrease the social distancing measures, open pubs, allow you to see more people etc; they can not blame people when they let their guard down and increase their public outings.

Ultimately it comes down to this..

The guy running the country doesn’t even care about his own 5/6/7/8 kids.

As if he’d care about millions of strangers.

to point this out makes you a leftist, Marxist, unpatriotic, loser remoaner.

The truth is the complete opposite, wanting the best for your country means pointing out where its going wrong.

If Leicester cannot compete in the PL, then the champions have to be voided as well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
you must of missed something
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think you are not reading my comment the way it is intended. You should be stripped of your title, if Leicester cannot play.
