No, Poch had injuries and new players taking time to integrate, Jose has a fully fit squad and has had time to bed everybody in, the performances are no better, if not worse.

Why does it matter if they played under him when he himself wanted to change the squad because they got stale?

You can't pick and choose who to blame to suit your agenda. He didn't even get a chance to rebuild properly and integrate fully players like Lo Celso and Ndombele.

This falls on Levy who has clearly lied to managers about budget and signings or just outright refused to consider it a priority. We are now years behind and will need to spend loads of money just to get back to where we previously were - and you weren't pleased with that position anyway

Spurs need better players, but trusting Mourinho to rebuild the team is pretty foolish.

The defence is one thing but there are too many players with too little quality in the final third. Decision making and crossing was so poor in good areas. Bergwijn, GLC, Lamela (always been an issue for him), Sissoko, Aurier, Lucas, Davies, all guilty of it.

Brendan is in the process of completing one of the biggest bottlejobs with Leicester. Not sure I'd want him right now.

Why would we build a team in his image when that image is shiite negative football when we know he won't be hear in 2 years time

Mourinho is ok for a rebuild if you have a few hundred million to spend, which that tight bald fack doesn't have or won't give him.

I think Jose is just well past it anyway though so whatever it was he is good at looks like it's behind him.

I guess the hope is that it could bring top four football. And in fairness, with a few good signings, it could do.

Matic wouldn't actually be the worst thing in this side if Mourinho remembered 433 exists.

Even if Levy gave him a few hundred million, I still don't think Jose is the right man to spend it. He's done.

Our entire back 4 today is bang average:

Aurier - error prone and poor crossing

Sanchez - Bambi on ice and error prone

DIer - Slow, has been error prone

Davies - Steady Eddy but poor attacking player
