I'd say Derby are making a game of it now but not well on top.
Sky are so desperate for Rooney to score.
Not sure one pass into our box and loads of crosses over it means derby are ‘well on top’.
Think we’re limiting them very well
We’ve barely touched the ball in 15 mins
Letting Derby chase the game and waiting for that one opportunity for Grabone
We have a great defensive shape and commitment but it would be nice to hold onto the ball a bit better
Rev, have you got a stream?

No

Half decent first half really. Derby not really threatened. But I think we will need to do more to win it. Can’t just try and hang on.
What is that crowd noise
We’ve been solid.
Had the better chances, scored one of them, kept derby at arms length and not given them any soft free kicks
9/10 start so far
A good half from Forest. Derby will have to start taking risks if it stays like this.
Great movement by da Costa to make the space inside for Lolley to cut in and score
I am always amazed at how bad at passing we are. Have been all season. We are woeful on the break. Especially considering that seems to be our tactic! We are literally 4th in the league because we just don’t give up and because we have Lolley and Grabban

reds surely there’s a little more to be slightly optimistic about? (Erm>
Da Costa looks lively and tricky. Can see why he was given a chance. Had a chance early on to put Lolley clean through and overhit it unfortunately. We’ve done pretty well and started the first 10 mins brilliantly. Then sat back and let Derby have all the ball but we’ve limited to them generally to half chances. Would like to see us keep the ball better, guess that has been sacrificed by dropping Silva.
At 1-0 Derby are still in this, and I doubt they’ll be that tentative second half. First is a Forest masterclass, but I can’t see them continuing to play into our hands. We need to play the second half how we played the first 15 mins.
We sacrifice possession to carve out ‘real chances’ imo, rather than retain possession and play out for more speculative chances. Our conversion rate of chances has gonna be one of the best in the league because when we have chances, they’re good ones.

Yes that’s fair enough and we cause opposition to make mistakes but I still think we could keep the ball better, especially in top third. Sow looked immense in first 15 but his energy has dropped since then.
I am not pessismistic Rev, just always surprised how poor our passing can be in the final third. We play so well as a team which is why we are doing so well. It also works so not complaining. Just that I’d we could pass better we would finish more games off

Totally agree. Dont want to go in to the last 20 with just a 1 goal lead
