I owe the NHS big.
Born 5 years after the startup, my lungs wouldn't work independently.
Was in an incubator for months.
7th of 8 weans one wage coming in Da was a shipyard labourer.
No way could even have started to pay for that.
Given the Last Rites twice, & was allowed home aged 8 months.
As anyone who'd been to a JA night out can verify, my lungs are
working just fine noo.

Could well believe it Duke can see you & Duchess do loads together.
We 'evolved' into a perfectly agreeable set up after a few decades of me
going on city breaks & posh eateries that I didn't enjoy. And she coming
on walking & camping trips that she didn't enjoy. Our TV & movie tastes
only overlap slightly. But we still have some great times together.

I got married the day after London got bombed. Married in Glasgow Green at the People's Palace next to the Special Olympics Closing ceremony on the green. It got moved there from Scotstoun so we ended up having meetings to arrange timings - ceremony, speeches, stage sound test and importantly the huge fireworks display which we had sn evening break to watch
fvck me, tried watching the 'Pool game, gave up after 15 mins, making my eyes bleed
sorry Irish

Option B for me Duke I just sparked a beer not going back on the roof.
Calmer weather & sun tomorrow. Wife's just searing fillet steaks can
catch the aroma drifting upstairs. I like it when kids & partners are here
as they are often but I like the serene calm as well.
Dinner calls.
CS that must have been mental.
Wadin's are nerve jangling enough.

For her it was as she was living here at home. I was living down south during the planning so only got dragged in when up the road.
It was the hottest day of the year. Security everywhere because of the G8 summit up the road, London the day before and then the Olympics.
Day went without a hitch. Just getting married in a giant greenhouse on a roasting hot day was a tad sweaty
45 our next anniversary. It's sounds a long, long time when you see it like that.
This great NHS has still been unable to bring Rangers back to life.
