I think Bielsa would be embarrassed to have anything honouring him while he's still manager.
We haven’t really honoured Sgt Wilko yet and he got us out of the same division, made us champions of England, won us the charity shield, runners up in league cup and got us into Europe twice. All he got was a posh Restaurant that nobody went to so it shut down (nice one bates)
Bielsa has been magnificent and appreciate Wilkinson had better resources to start his Leeds career.
Let’s sort the Wilkinson statue out first.
Now I wonder why the 32Red on our kit isn't in its original colour?.
We have played in red but not many people know that!.

Not just from a "thanks bielsa" perspective but also from the view that it would probably lead to higher shirt sale in south america for us.
I'm sure some Old Boy fans would want to get their hands on it, as would probably some people in Chille if its marketed as the "thank you Bielsa" kit.
I'm not suggesting for a second it would be a massive increase in sales, but any exposure is good exposure

Yeah I like that idea about the training ground. It would befit Wilkinson who was instrumental in getting our Thorpe arch up and running and producing such an amazing batch of talent.

We could adopt the badge in honour of TheDonn
Bielsa deserves any and all honours conferred on him by the club.
He's been nothing short of a messiah who has shown the whole club the way to do things properly, from the footballers through the ranks to the management.
Radz also deserves credit - he took a diseased entity and made a lot of efforts to clean it up. Bielsa was perfect for him and for the club. For example, can you imagine Bielsa coming to Leeds with Bates? With Cellino?
For me, Radz and Bielsa are our dream team. They have rescued us from the wilderness and both deserve to be remembered. They may not have achieved a lot yet in terms of titles, but their story isn't finished yet.

Whilst I don’t like the overly critical way done posters are about him, I’ve always been careful not to give him too much credit... but the points you make about cleaning up and Bielsa are spot on 👍
Just a thought, whilst Radz undoubtedly has the charm to bring Bielsa to the club, I think the guy who would have driven the idea would have been Orta, so whilst we are celebrating people behind our current resurgence, he needs a mention.
It was Orta that mentioned Bielsa in the first place even though he didn't think it was a serious possibility so the story goes.
Yes - he gets to sit on the steps beneath Bielsa's throne (bucket-shaped!)

46 has it spot on! Yes, Bielsa is the main man and must be given the keys of the city or a goddamned statue or something.
As for Radz, we are a business proposition, pure and simple. We can thank Kenny Dalgleish for Radz coming to ER. And Orta brought our great coach to the club, even if his general direction of the recruitment of players has been more off than on the money. Wouldn't call them a dream team but phase two of the AR business plan is looking positive going forward.
Jesus, are we there yet? Nearly.
Great result at the weekend - missed the game but very pleased with the result. Just got to keep it steady now....
