Top 4 becomes a very democratic affair for the rest of the league if City regain their usual form and resume their duopoly with Liverpool. A bit like La Liga.
And then you have a large stable of mid table clubs who will lose to Liverpool/City but chip away at the other "bigger clubs" over a season.

I have not suggested it as anything other you bed wetting buffoon.
As I see it, there might be a top 4 (United, City, Chelsea, Liverpool) and then another group between 5th and 8th (Wolves, Arsenal, Leicester, Spurs).
Out of those last four, Leicester are best placed to improve. I like Wolves but they seem limited in the way that they play. Both Arsenal and Spurs aren't as far away as some may suspect, their issue is if they have the financial ability and luck to sign the right players. I think that's the biggest question. They may need to sell to buy, but Tottenham haven't managed that well recently. Arsenal have gotten some in and may be in a better place than Spurs right now but they're probably Liverpool were when Klopp first came in. And with the way United and Chelsea are improving and the level Liverpool and City are at, top four might be out of reach unless they get their act together soon.
