Cmon guys. There's a middle ground here.

We were not United in the 90s under Poch.
Jose has not made a positive impression since he joined.
The club is not 'destroyed', and is worth more than ever.
Recruitment hasn't been good enough in the past 2-3 seasons.

Whatever caveats you want to add, can we all agree on these statements?

I'd just like to not dread having to watch my team playing football

We've currently got horrendous football and horrendous results.

Hopefully he's sacked tomorrow if we lose. He's so lucky there isn't a crowd because by now we'd be telling him where to go.

The Jol period was fun. Really loved that guy and that team!
Again, just needed Martin Petrov and a decent left back. But Levy wouldn’t get Jol what he wanted either.

The one that was decent for 3 years and won fack all, but at least was coming close to winning stuff and with a bit more support for the manager would have got there eventually.

Feel like pure sh. 1te just want my Tottenham back.

I want my Tottenham that was challenging for titles and cups , even if we got beat at least we where proud to have had a go. If Jose can get us playing attractive football and challenging then I'm happy for him to stay, at the moment it's about as exciting as the Ennerdale omnibus.

Exactly - fortress at home, W17D2; wins away like 1-6 at Lesta and 0-7 at Hull

I want a winning Tottenham. I don't care who the manager is and who the players are. If Kane wants to do one after this season. See you later. We won f all with him under peak poch.

As for Enic. Overall, I am not a fan but there is zero chance I will cry about them on a forum full of snowflakes and negative so called fans.

If you want to live in the past go knock yourself out. It means nothing to me and anyone who wishes for another manager will still have to deal with the weak mentality installed in Tottenham's DNA.

Let's be honest, would any Spurs fan swap the 3 years we had in the late 00's - 06/07, 07/08, 08/09 where we won something, for the 3 best years we had under Poch where we didn't win anything? I don't think many would.

Those old enough will want the teams of the early to mid 80's back. You know, the teams that ran out on the pitch in big games, finals etc, when the supporters had no worries that they would turn up, and fully expected them to win. FA Cup 81, 82 & and Eufa cup 84. Watch the videos and you will see the fitting spirit we used to have and the supporters expectations.

That's the Spurs I want back.

Not the one that we all know won't turn up ( yet
again ) in another big game that matters, like the derby this weekend. How many of you think they will on Sunday. Yeah thought so.

It will be more passing across the back four, more slow as a snail play, more free kicks being passed backwards and more "big" players dissapearing on the pitch.

I believe the club mentality comes from the top down.
It’s matters not what players or coach we have, the people running the club are bottlers themselves with zero ambition to win things on the pitch
