yeah i get that, point is refusing to cooperate seems serious to me, 10m fine for these clubs isn't a punishment that fits the crime. Any of the clubs likely to do it, City Chelsea Psg etc, 10m is nothing to them.

That’s a different point though really. Like when footballers get fine a couple hundred quid for speeding.

Cas is not up to standard - La Liga president

La Liga president Javier Tebas on Manchester City’s two-year ban being overturned by the Court of Arbitration for Sport: “We have to reassess whether the Cas is the appropriate body to which to appeal institutional decisions in football. Switzerland is a country with a great history of arbitration, the Cas is not up to standard.”

try la liga

Tebas is always on one. Of all the governing bodies to have a chip on their shoulder it’s the one with Real in the league 🤦‍♂️

“ It’s not a weak punishment though, its an applicable punishment to the offence. That is what an arbitration panel is there for.“

City aren’t going to even feel anything paying a £10m fine. They’ll write it off as cost of doing business. Will it deter them from doing it again?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Doing what again? Refusing to co-operate with a corrupt investigation from a corrupt body who have their strings pulled by the corrupt G14? That is all they were found to have done, get over it.

The EU had to bail out Spain a few years ago and it was noted that the La Liga clubs owed about £1bn in tax the Spanish Government weren’t chasing

He needs to get his own league in order before he criticises others

The Pool fans are still hurting over that drubbing. Never mind guys Sergio will be back next season so you can face a full strength City team.
