Warburtonesque I thought
And so it goes on and on...
They broke the rules.
Before it reached court, everyone knew they were supposed to go to the SFA first.
Don’t really have a lot of sympathy with them about this.
SFA should fine them £10 million between the 2 of them...
So it seems that it’s not just the SPFL who are incompetent
Why is this on the Premiership board? <wink>

Fixed?
Kind of points to arbitration not being possible as the SFA now can't be considered impartial. Maybe that's why they have done it, SFA want no part of this shambles
Not sure your point? SFA hand out punishments all the time to all clubs. By your logic they can’t be considered impartial to any club? A level playing field then?

The SFA aren’t actually going to be arbitrating though.
Hearts and PTFC choose someone, SPFL choose someone, and then their nominations agree on a chair.

Ah right I thought I remembered the court referred the case to the SFA for arbitration, was it another organisation then
No one from the SFA will be hearing or judging on the case.
Are you suggesting that the SFA will be assessing the outcome of the arbitration?

No idea I only paid passing attention to the story. Remember reading the court referred the case to SFA for arbitration. Must have been wrong?

Without sounding unkind, you should probably have read past the headline to understand the process and you’d realise that this has no impact on the arbitration process. The SFA are merely accommodating the arbitration. The process and people adjudicating on it will be completely independent of them.

Is it not the case that all 3 QC’s are from an SFA list.

Well I couldn't be bothered and still can't.
But what do you mean accomodating it? Are they involved then?
If so raising an action against one side probably isn't a good place to be?
