Racist is defined as believe another individual is inherently inferior because of being a different race. If I was to say black sprinters tend to be quicker than white sprinters, that isn't racist even if it could be seen as a stereotype.

If we can conclude a certain race is better at a sport, I assume we could also state the same for specific intelligence?

It wouldn't matter how much proof you had, it would be impossible to say it without it being a positive for non whites.

It's certainly problematic. The whole notion of race itself is problematic, as race itself is a social construct that isn't really supported by science. And even if you were to take a broad approach to it, I would still find it quite a push to consider the category Jewish a 'race'.

Besides, is there any kind of evidence to support the idea that their success owes to a specific genetic predisposition, disregarding the host of potential cultural factors involved?

On the question of elite sprinters, there are quite likely a lot more grounds to trace it to certain ethnicities rather than 'black' as a whole. Off hand, I can't think of many top level sprinters of East African extraction, for example. That aside, I seem to recall some quite a lot of talk a number of years ago about certain genetic groups having something called 'quick-twitch' fibres, or something like that, that at least in part explained certain athletic capabilities. I've no idea as to the extent to which these or other factors actually do impact physical performance, but at least it's an attempt at providing a scientific explanation. Surely if you wanted to explain certain intellectual traits you would need to do so on a similar basis rather than just looking at outcomes and concluding that they owe to genetics.
