To participate in community shield you need to win big trophies not a Mickey mouse cup that spurs won more than a decade ago
I guess its not even a wind up anymore they just ain't a trophy winning club they just don't have the mentality for it.
This has to hurt Spurs fans though. Arsenal have had a poor season but still won a trophy.
