Maybe Chelsea paid more to have him effectively end the season and get this, Leipzig agreed.

Even spurs sign players in the January window.

Had it not been for the virus break he would of seen out Leipzigs cl involvement to the end.
So if the competition is to restart that should still apply, otherwise its not true to the 19/20 tournament and therefore pointless.

These are times where it is impossible to continue with the norm and so we have to accept imperfect solutions.
I think the majority are okay with that and I very much doubt there’ll be much memory of tournament wins being tainted this season, as the years go on.

I think games should only be played when everyone in the entire squad is fit and available plus all the weather conditions are exactly the same otherwise where's the integrity?

In Spain you can sign emergency players from teams in your league outside of the window. Not one word about integrity.

I would be very happy if he had signed for Spurs and would welcome him with open arms once he had completed his season with Leipzig.
I don't think what I'm saying is unreasonable and most folk I've discussed it with agree that if he wouldn't be able to leave at this stage of the tournament under normal circumstances then that should remain the case.
As I've said earlier theres little point in completing the cl if its not done as properly as possible.

I would be very happy if he had signed for Spurs and would welcome him with open arms once he had completed his season with Leipzig.
I don't think what I'm saying is unreasonable and most folk I've discussed it with agree that if he wouldn't be able to leave at this stage of the tournament under normal circumstances then that should remain the case.
As I've said earlier theres little point in completing the cl if its not done as properly as possible.

We've won 2. UEFA cup in 1970 and UEFA cup winners cup in 1994.
