Ibe is potentially a fantastic player at this level. There would be no fee because he is out of contract. Obviously there must be a reason why he was out in the cold at Bournemouth so the risk is that he has attitude issues and we waste a lot of money in wages. Chris Martin arrived at Derby on a free with a bad boy reputation and there have been plenty of others over the years. Grealish looked like going off the rails at Villa a couple of years ago for example. He's certainly got ability though. No ability AND a bad attitude is generally an undesirable combination.
