I reckon Thiago starts and plays 60 mins. Got a 4 day break until Arsenal. Be good for Hendo as well to play to build up his fitness, hopefully he’s available.

Klopp said today that Gomez wasn’t a long term thing “just today” So he’ll hopefully be available.

Surely Koumetio is higher on the list than VDB.

Vdb not much older 11 months? n the little we have seen of both koumetio surely ahead of big ginge.

Team id like to see rho, like to see minamino but dont think elliott in mf for keita would work. Maybe for Origi who might be moving ?

Probably a big indicator that he’s off if he doesn’t play!

Yeah ultimately tho gd team kls wouldnt be too upset seeing vdb again see if hes improved or can show why we signed him. Still yet to impress me at all but hes young.

I could see the argument with giving him an "easy" game to ease him into the side, but after his performance in one half away to Chelsea there's probably no need to worry about that now. He just looks like he's been playing in the team for ages.

Could you imagine if he got injured in the first round of the League Cup, a competition that Klopp has dismissed since he arrived?
