Lenny needs to work out what the fook his best XI is, and a formation, and try to get some (any?) consistency from game to game. Yes, it really is as basic as that. Nearly every time the ball came he had acres of free space between him and the flag, he's meant to be a wing back, use the full wing, give the forward time to get into the box.
I don't like slagging him but he's not physically strong and he struggles to hit it past the first man too often for my liking.
