I’m one of the lucky ones where my industry hasn’t been affected by Covid and don’t think it ever will. I get the option of working from home if I want to, but I choose to go into work as it’s only 10 mins drive from me. I just find it easier setting up in office and with the drive so short, it’s cool with me. Work is work. Home is home for me.
I was doing loads of running over the summer (ran 100 miles in August) but haven’t been for a run since late September

So...who's on furlough again..?
I was until October, although I was allowed to freelance elsewhere.
What sector do you work in..?
Financial journalism
Will you have a job to go back to..?
I have been reassured my job is safe but I could be back on furlough if lockdown continues post November. Media industry is facked so I should be relieved to have a job.
What are you going to spend the next month doing..?
Work. Finally.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Any tips for shares...

sorry to hear about you being back on furlough Sheriff mate.
agree on the golf courses, absolute joke. Could go for a walk with a randomer round a golf course but i cant play golf around one with someone from my household
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The furlough is fine...the business I work for will not lose money particularly anyway...people pay us to secure caravans whether or not they can use them..although they do run a B&B as well
How much of a golf bandit BTW...?
No furlough for me, again. Yes I keep my job and will have a job to go back to thankfully, manufacturing sector, next month probably covering 3 jobs all in one. Quite enjoy it, keeps my life normal and receive 100% of my wage.
We are probably one of the businesses that has benefitted from this whole scenario really.
