Can't beat going into Lidls for a loaf and coming out with a crash helmet and a cement mixer.

Here's a poser for you.

United have 9 players self-isolating but our game tomorrow is still apparently going ahead.

Why is our game going ahead when the Aberdeen game was put off because of 8 of their players was self-isolating?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Would need to also postpone your next game as well then?!

I shop in Aldi a fair bit.
Their products are great and the cold meat is better than the full of water $hite we sometimes get elsewhere

Not much different some good, some bad as any other supermarket only a fair bit less choice which tends to keep me away.

Aldi doing a "big daddy" rump steak at the moment. £4.25 for half a kilo steak. Need a sleep after it but it's great.

I find Lidls fruit and veg is great although was alarmed to find a perfect apple in my glovebox that was left there 6+ months ago

Aldi have cracking jalepenos
Or Lidl
I've no idea where she shops. But they're much better then any of the other supermarkets

Nothing on Lupe pinto's though

They don't sell them anymore as far as I am aware. It means doing my whole shop in Aldi and then having to go somewhere else just for jalapenos. I wonder how many other people are in this situation. It would be good to put together a petition see if we can get 100,000 signatures so the government will take it seriously.

She and the wee one went down to Aldi’s for bread yesterday and came back with a churro maker and a sew-it-yourself dinosaur
————-
Moral of the story, if you need a loaf of bread, avoid Aldi & Lidl like the plague

I recommend the big jars you get in Costco.

Get yourselves into Lupe pinto's.
Spend a fortune but it's incredible stuff

Also in Asda you get the little jars in the Mexican section so they can trick people in to buying those for like £1.50.

But if you go to the weird olive and pickled shiiite sort of section then you can get a big jar for a quid.

The juices out of there are incredible. I've also got about 20 different sauces from there. Great wee shop
