I love arctic weather.

Scottish highground I know has snow all year round.

Hate the snow/thaw/slush/frozen slush sickening cycles we get here.

Obsessed as a kid about Nansen, Shackleton, Scott etc.

Watched Smithsonian today - Antarctic bliss for me.

But then so were a lot of teams of that era hearts Dundee Aberdeen
Celtic were better than them,if it had been just about players then trophy’s woukd have been mixed up more I think but Celtic had Stein and that for me was a massive edge

Agreed. Although Eddie Turnbull did a great job with Hibs and Aberdeen they both had teams that would probably romp the league today.

Rangers were pretty handy too to be fair as a few European finals would testify.

Always think these type of thoughts make us look old, but spot on nevertheless.
