There's a huge difference between a universally-accepted and historical fact and regurgitating a very specific recent observation as if it is your own.

It's the difference between:

Rangers died.

And

“We wish the new Rangers Football Club every good fortune.” (Smith, W. 2012).

Or there isn't. I haven't really thought this through. But it's this or working.

Good OP. It brings home the challenge Celtic have of turning this around.

Most of the Celtic supporters on here have been pretty realistic acknowledging the 10 is almost gone.

Not only does it require Celtic to suddenly get their act together in the goal keeping position and defence, and from a management and coaching point of view.

It also needs rangers to slip up on a consistent basis.

Thats a lot to ask in 15 remaining games. Possible though. That's why no Rangers supporters are getting carried away at the moment ( another 5 or 6 games if Rangers can keep it going will be the point of no return for Celtic).

Just to continue this process - once Celtic completed their 7th game 3-0, Rangers would have 4 x games in hand and would go on to win them 4 games 2-0 , possibly 3-0.

The gap would be 12 points again having played 27 games. Rangers still having a superior goal difference. Only 11 games to play now.

Combination of lockdown and the vaccine getting rolled out, means the Covid numbers reducing. Therefore no chance of the league getting cancelled.

The next old firm game at Celtic park comes up. Game ends in a draw. Gap is still 12.

Onto the split, Rangers need 3 points from a possible 15 to win the league on goal difference.

Is Lennon still the manager at this point??

You maybe want to read back to remind yourself just how much of a bunch of absolute koonts celtic fans have been to Rangers fans on here over the years.

Celtic fans went above and beyond to give it out when it was our club making an erchie of it left right and centre. Guys who were 'just fans' were constantly being slaughtered, talked down to, mocked just for being Rangers fans. No holding back whatsoever.
