Yeah we need winners for the OP.

Shiiit performance that we were lucky to get a point from. There is no speed to our passing and no interplay/off the ball movement that was shifting the Palace players out of position. They were comfortable when we had the ball, we rarely troubled the keeper and they caused us more problems at the back. Palace easily had the better chances.

Our run in after the Newcastle game til end of March is gruelling, so it was vital to get 6/6 points from this and Newcastle. The max we can get is 4, which does us absolutely no favours.

Arteta still has a lot of work to do to turn this around.

Partey was fantastic when he came on. Miles above the rest of our midfield.

Oh ffs. Tierney having an MRI scan tomorrow?? What for? Thought he had a tight calf muscle?

It's just frustrating watching the likes of xhaka just taking so long on the ball. The movement off the ball wasn't great but if the ball is taking an age to get to the final third there is not much the front players can do. I would give Partey and Ceballos a go on Monday. Still not sure why Ceballos was taken off ahead of Xhaka at least Ceballos knocked a few good passes forward where as xhaka was going sideways or back all the time.
