Harsh Flash. I don't think he's a fraud. He still got us top four last season as well as to the FA Cup Final. The job probably came to him far too early in his managerial career and the form of our new signings hasn't exactly helped his cause. I still think he can go on to be a good PL manager but it's not looking like that will be with us.
He and the team simy must show improvement in these next three games starting tommorrow.
If it doesn't happen then I think he is a gonna. I hate changing managers, but our football has been so bad, he really is in the last chance saloon with thses next three games.
I think part of the problem is that you can't learn if you don't think you're making mistakes. He's admitted to mistakes in the past but only in terms of individual errors from players, rather than admit that he may have got it wrong in any way. Possibly the worst trait he could have learned from playing under Jose

Not sure about that. Just because he doesn't give a press conference about his mistakes doesn't mean he thinks he is infallible.
I think he is very self aware actually. I just think he is tactically flawed at present and at this stage of his coaching career, out of his depth tactically.
