How long does a honeymoon last theses days? Pleased with how AB is approaching his new role. However Plymouth will have studied his tactics from Tuesday and perhaps be more prepared than Portsmouth were. Interesting to see if and how he adapts to their challenge. Id expect to see the same team and set up start apart from Taylor. Will he start Oke and Bogle? What of Gomes? Im thinking Lokilo may start rather than Oke but we'll see. I was really positive about our chances until I read Donaldo's preview. However I dont think the honeymoon will be over just yet and we will win. 3-0 ,Coppinger, Sims, Oke.

As the DFP said “one swallow does not make a summer”, but I will stay optimistic and say Rovers 3 Argyle 1 with Copps scoring if he starts, or Sims or Bogle depending who starts.
I’m at the beach and may not watch the game on my iPhone - I might watch the Premier League on the 50 inch TV in our room!

Hoping for us to build real momentum now under AB. Plymouth is historically a tough fixture but I'm going 2-1 to Rovers. Bogle /Oke with the first depending on who starts.

A game strewn with bad decision-making from Jones’s consistent uncertainty in goal to the forwards doing the opposite of mid-week, invariably deciding to shoot rather than pass. On one occasion, Richards inability to shoot with his right foot was the difference between just the goalkeeper to beat and the keeper plus 4 defenders.

Plymouth probably deserved a draw from their attacking efforts, but it required more accurate shooting than they were able to manage. Jones spectates from his line as the ball rockets around the box preferring to leave it Anderson and Co to clear it. I don’t remember one decisive catch or punch.

Sims seemed to see very little of the ball; from being right at the centre of the action he has become almost anonymous.

Thanks Donaldo, sounds like there is plenty of room for improvement. Let's hope that AB can sort it out on the training ground.
We knew that Plymouth would be a good test. Happy to get the 3 points!
