Bellingham is another one. So mature, really seems to be stepping up even more this year and doesn't look out of place at all. Will be a huge scrap in a year or two for his signature.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Bellingham is absolutely quality in my view. What he's doing at his age... Madness!

There aren't many midfielders around who have his all-round game (never mind for someone so young). He's very tenacious and hard working but also strides forward into attacking areas from deeper and provides a bit more forward impetus from midfield.

He'd be a terrific signing if possible in a year or two.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, looks quite similar to Gerrard from the bits I have seen of him. Not sure he has the same passing range, but quite a few similarities.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now he’s one I think we should be in for in 12 to 18 months. Top quality midfielder!

I'm not sure if Kane will move abroad next season assuming he doesn't leave this season.

If Man City don't sign Kane this season then I think they get Haaland next summer, or maybe Lewandowski this summer if these rumours about him moving end up gaining legs.

I actually think Kane could end up at United next year if City end up with one of Lewandowski or Haaland (or others like Mbappe).

Haaland to Bayern is a really good shout actually.

He won't be going anywhere near United, Roy Keane put paid to that without even knowing it.

Think Bayern is absolutely the logical destination for him

Don’t think Kane leaves the Premier league!

He’s 95 goals off being the Premier League’s top scorer and if he has to stay at Spurs, that’s probably the only accolade he’ll end up with short of them winning one of the cups or that Europa Audi cup thingy!

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Shearers record is actually mental considering his first few seasons the pl hadn’t been formed lol
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Andy Cole's is often overlooked as well. Third highest scorer in PL history without even taking a penalty. In contrast, Shearer scored 56 penalties and also 17 freekicks. Not that Cole would have stuck many freekicks in! But if you only count goals from open play, Cole and Shearer are both on 187. And I don't think that Cole played in the PL until he was 22?

You probably need to go and look at Coles career. 34 of those goals came for a newly promoted Newcastle

It's Bayern Munich. He'll earn more than enough money and play for one of the biggest clubs on the planet.

Potential earnings are well below what he could get elsewhere plus he wouldn't have to pash off Dortmund fans by moving to their rivals.

I can't see it.

Lewa doesn't want to come to England and his wife isn't fussed about going to France. All I've heard is that he wants to go to Real Madrid.

People forget though that Lewa was going to join Blackburn in 2010 but the ash cloud from Iceland put paid to that and he joined Dortmund instead.

I didn't say that you had suggested he hadn't scored at other clubs. But you said that Cole did the majority of it under SAF at United. He neither made the majority of his PL appearances or scored the majority of his PL goals under SAF.

And Blackburn were a decent side when Shearer was there, finishing 4th, 2nd and 1st. Of course, Shearer played a large part in that. But they also had a good team and their owner spent quite big during that period.

Newcastle also finished in the top 2 for 2 seasons on the trot and were title challengers.

I think Bayern is a sensible move. I don't think they would match PSG's wages as such, but it would make sense for him to move there.

I deleted your post because of the childish wumming. If you want to have a proper debate then fine, but don't derail a decent thread by trying to get a rise.

It’s not about earning more than enough though is it? These players are setting themselves and their families for generations to come. They are not only earning a wage, they are setting up multi companies and generating brands!

Alan Shearer scored a PL goal in open play every 204 minutes that he was on the pitch. Andy Cole managed a goal every 169 minutes.

Lewandowski trying to leave this window? There's barely 2 weeks left in the window... Seems like he's trying to get a new contract I'm guessing.

No one is paying that price now or next year so he's pretty much stuck.

Lewandowski should just not come to EPL, his knee ligaments will get destroyed within the first few weeks. Look what happened to the "God" Zlatan.
