nah, that's what they do instead of a breakdown. it's a part of the rules.

All the while RL allows its game to continously break the laws of the game, as at the scrum, it will always be the "lesser" code. Can you imagine each and every Union lineout allowing the ball to put in not straight ? Or players standing within 10 yards of a free kick in football ?
The fact that the ball is put behind the 2nd row's feet in RL and that it is never disallowed by the ref of the game's lawmakers, makes it a total farce of a "sport".

When was the last time you saw a Union ref ping the No9 for feeding, when it happens all the time. Even the commentators mention it.
All I would like to say is that your game has really grown on me as this tournament has progressed,well done to the union guys. Its a shame that all my years of following the league game has come to this but the officials make some really howlers and its becoming more noticeable as the weeks go on. Its totally rubbish and needs changes.
