GK McGregor
LB Barasic
CB Bassey
CB Goldson
RB Tavernier
CM Lundstram
CM Jack
CM
LW Kent
RW/FW Aribo
FW

Only two spots up for debate really.

Ramsey or Kamara
Sakala, Wright, Arfield, Roofe all fighting for that last one.

Wish we had Morelos available, almost never injured then out for our biggest game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Aribo has to play cf. Been absolutely brilliant there. He was a huge loss in the second half against Leipzig.

It’ll be Kamara cm (ideally Ramsey) and Wright rw.

They did the job against Leipzig and deserve to start the final.

Wright is this year's Broadfoot as in how the fck has that player reached a euro final?

As an aside, watched the ICT v Arbroath game and Broadfoot was bailing water from the first minute Hopefully Arbroath to win and go through tonight.

Will Roofe not make it?

Ramsey to start might be a shout.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Ramsey is the second best Welsh midfielder in our league.

Are Frankfurt any good? 12th in the league in Germany would suggest they're a bit meh? Has anyone actually watched them play?

Gio has been amazing in Europe.

Rangers threw away piles of uneccesary points in the the league.

But I am not sure Gio can take all the blame for McGregors fook up against Ross County, for Madden failing to spot the most obvious red card and pen you will see in your life at Tannadice or for Hearts scoring with the last kick of the ball the first time they were over the half way line at Ibrox.

Celtic didnt drop daft points - they were more consistent and won the league. And they deserve all the credit for that

But if we win Wednesday Gio will be beyond amazing. And what we will have achieved will massively eclipse throwing away the league.

You couldnt really ask for much more than that.

Fingers crossed, eh!

Both points are nonsense.

Gio is doing a brilliant job. Tactically in Europe he’s been world class. The slip ups in the league were largely player mistakes, and games where we fluffed chances.

He’s got more from the players, Bassey has improved massively, huge turnaround for Lundstram, got best out of Aribo before AFCON, Morelos form improved etc. he was naive at times, and summer will be tough but been hugely impressed.

Celtic have also gone unbeaten in 31 games or so in league and just need to look at points total. There are some ordinary players in that side though in defence, and Ange has only seemed to have one way of playing. So hopeful that you don’t manage to improve on those players, replace CCV and Jota with more Barkas and Ajeti’s and then his tactics get worked out.

organised and tought to beat. this season they have beaten Barcelona away with 10 men and drew with them at home again with 10 men, dealt with Betis who were told are a good team.... beaten Bayern this season, skelped Leverkusen and obv dealt with West Ham who have been pretty decent this year.

Neither is favourite IMO

There’s nothing in celtics tactics that need worked out ! It’s about as straightforward as it gets. Just better players - that’s where consistency comes from.

i think we have done a remarkable job to hang onto celtics coat tails with all the fans being in.

He is on the verge of creating scottish football history

I suppose Gio has managed to improve our players significantly then in the last three old firm games…

We were completely lost in that 3-0 drubbing in the first half.

Watched their game in Barcelona. They were superb. Didn`t give the Barcelona players 2 seconds on the ball. They were a great watch. Still believe next week`s game is 50-50 though.

Lucky we’ve just got him, but can’t look at what he’s done, the setup and changes he’s made to get us to the final and call it anything else. Just hopeful he gets it right again next week and he can take that into the league next season.

those 2 arguments are not seperate. If some Rangers fans saying they believe this celtic side are awful and only won the league because Rangers threw it away

I believe only 12 short months ago many Celtic fans were saying similar things about Gerrard winning the league, then trying to diminish by pointing out the 1/9 trophy haul. Gerrard had to rebuild the club Ange has had to go and replace a few failures like Barkas, Duffy etc and he did so with £20+ to spend there is a difference.

thats it been confirmed that the club are officially not gonna be doing a beam back for the game.

thats a fcuking disgrace, absolutely shocking treatment, and also the bull excuse of we dont have the staff available.

only team in a euro final this year not doing a beam back to its fans.

to the fans that cannnot make it over thats a huge slap in the face to them.... especially after the praise we have received in helping them get there

The only European finalist out of the 6 not doing it. Robertson needs kicked out.

Some amount of moaning going on about Ibrox not being opened up

Tell me which of the other 5 finalists are getting a stadium opened up exclusively for their own fans to watch the game in the city that is hosting the final?

The biggest travelling support in football history is the 200,000 we took to Manchester...I don't think we will take that much over to Seville, but half that number would be realistic

The club has went the extra mile to try and cater for fans that are travelling, and it's pretty obvious to me that the staff we would have used for a beamback are not going to Seville for a jolly...they are needed to help with the running and organising of this beamback that the club has managed to get put on exclusively for our own fans over there

It should also be added that the stadium being opened up over there is the very stadium that Celtic lost the 2003 final in......which could now be packed to the rafters with Rangers fans watching their team lift that famous trophy

If the club has chose this over opening Ibrox, that's what it means

I was in Manchester, in Picadilly, without a ticket, and when those screens went down, it was fcking carnage

If opening this stadium up avoids a repeat of anything like that...it can only be a good thing and well done the club for getting something like this organised
