I think Ramsey 100% starts tomorrow, Rangers will be up for it and should win easily
would be funny if they didn't however
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m not even up for it. Need to head to bishopton for tickets in the morning after getting in late tonight.
Thoughts will still be in Seville tbh

the scottish cup is rangers all day long tomorrow -
ithink it would be wise to shuffle the pack for tomorrow - so start Sakala , Diallo , Davis , Ramsey - the ones that didnt start on wednesday
btw i might be the only one but there is definitely a very dangerous player in Diallo
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Cannot see past Rangers winning it tomorrow, nonsense that anyone is trying to say they won't.

Pfftt you drank bog water on Wednesday, you are one of us now. Welcome to the green side 💚
The difference between the 2 seville finals I think is though it was a devastating loss maybe not as bad to take as celtics.
Frankfurt were a good team, not great, porto were better but it was the cheating and histrionics of the portugese that got on the tic fans craw.
Frankfurt, never seen that from them

Good point Puyol, the gamesmanship was of the radar from Porto that night, they were a quality enough team without having to resort to that, them winning the CL the next year was evidence of this. On this season am sure it hurt to see us lift the league but its tempered by you getting to the EL final, sore as it is to lose.

I enjoyed Wednesday as much as winning the league , it was brilliant .
the alternative world was just waay too scary a place ...i mean can you imagine ?
have you seen the vid of the celtic fan watching the game on holiday with a bunch of rangers fans ? that was everyone on wednesday , loved it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That was me in a hotel in Newbury with all my English colleagues in utter confusion as to why I was so ecstatic when my team isn't involved
As for swapping considering I had zero expectations of this season I wouldn't swap it for a run in Europe, of course greedy me would have loved a similar run for Celtic as well but a step to far for us this year.
I wonder if Krisp Boyd will be eating his words (about Ramsey) as well as his Monster Munch 😂

I genuinely think both sets of fans will be happy (ish). If rangers had won it would have been a wee bit deflating for us but not that much.
I still look on 2003 as one of my favourite seasons but we won fa! I sometimes wonder though if having a ticket for the final from before the quarters were played and being hyper from that moment makes my memory a bit skewed compared to those that didn’t go ?
I genuinely think if measurable Celtic fans would rate this season more enjoyable than rangers fans would but I get that many bears will have loved this season - even if they win nothing (hopefully
I think the difference in that season Foddy is everything went to the wire. Both teams started the season with strong teams
Cup final to extra time between us
League went to goal difference
UEFA Cup final was an exciting 3-2 extra time
It felt like every competition we had a chance and so we remember the excitement of all the games. This season started with Rangers far and away clear favourites for the league and they effectively accepted defeat in that by March. They did have that extra time cup win at Hampden then the extra time Europa League final but there was no furore of going for it all - all we heard was what was important and what wasn't.
2003 was outstanding and gutting as we won nothing but came so close in everything. Nothing was thrown away. Probably similar to Rangers 2008 season where the league wen to the wire as well and they won nothing while we won a treble

And likely never repeated.
Would i swap winning the league and qualifying for the champs league over losing a final and not qualifying for the champs league?
Nope. That would just be crazy, only an idiot would say otherwise.

Ask me again after the CL qualifiers. If we somehow get through them and into the groups then I wouldn't change anything. Even though we lost, there was an excitement about getting to the EL final that no domestic success can match. Being pragmatic though, the financial implications of Celtic getting CL money and us not would set back most if not all of the progress we've made in recent years, so unless we can get that money through the qualifiers then yeah, I'd have taken the league title instead.
