Hopefully his future will be resolved in a week. We cannot have him going into next season with his contract expiring next summer. He needs to be happy with the transfer targets and budgets.
Well done on your prediction 👍🏻

We should call a truce, not sure why we keep arguing
I believe we have a 1 year extension option - not that Conte will care, he will walk if not backed. Sell the naming rights for the stadium this summer and we can back Conte

Yes we do presumably he has to agree to it. Just read Ali G saying the club will back him and let him lead the way.
First time the other day I say some quotes from Todd Kline "“We’re running a process. It’s been a rewarding process. We’ve met some amazing people throughout it and I think we’ll land on the right partner for the right venue. And sometimes in doing complicated deals, sometimes patience is the move.”
Hopefully he finally secures something.
He has been holding out, but I think he knows that now is the time to bite the bullet and financially back this manager - he knows he is on to a good thing
This is Levy, Lewis and ENIC, they will not change, the previous 20 years should tell us all that.
The question is, how good is Levy at pulling the wool over Conte`s eyes, can he mug him off into believing he has ambition for silverware.
Time will tell if Levy changes for the better.
If they don't back him he will walk. He isn't the type to mess about. Now he got top 4, if he does walk, spurs fans will lose it. Ball is in Levys court.
Levy my would have u believe u have to spend crazy to compete but spurs fans remember not too long ago Liverpool were behind them. They've actually laid the blue print that proves u can spend well and not huge sums, in terms of net spend, and it's achievable with a good manager/background team.

I truly believe - not this time Billy.
It would be the last of Levy if he tried it, the toxicity of that United at home game would be nothing in comparison. How Conte dragged this lot to 4th only he knows, Levy should be kissing his feet.
This is the last chance to show ambition, Kane and Son are at their very peak, we have a world class manager, teams in Europe are selling for relative knock down prices and we have additional CL revenue.
Get it done Levy
We’ve got to spend £80mil on Kulu and Romero just to stay where we are.
Then we’ve got losses on GLC and Tanguy to navigate - Tanguy might even be impossible to sell.
We probably need two 40-50mil wingbacks and a 50mil striker.
Maybe also a top CM
You’re looking at 200mil and that will not happen.

Billy, I've always had that feeling too.
But, just this time, Antonio Conte may change their minds.
If they have any sense at all, they should see the chance to build a winning team, not just for the Premiership, but for the Champions League too.
And thus the money that will flow in.
I'm betting Levy will back Conte and cough up!

some stadium naming quotes from Kilne on here:
https://www.sportspromedia.com/categories/sponsorship-marketing/sponsorship/tottenham-stadium-naming-rights-nfts-spurs-play-todd-kline-interview/
This summer will be the first time we have had a full season at the new WHL, with crowds and NFL and gigs and boxing etc
Our matchday and commercial revenue will be as high as its ever been.
I think last summers deals which saw Gollini on loan, Romero loan-to-buy reflected the uncertainty of the time re: covid. Those worries are largely gone so I suspect there may be a bit of a surplus from that window, particularly as we refinanced last summer to cover off the pandemic losses.
Those of you who like to pedal the claim we do not spend need to reflect on the fact that this past season we have a £55m net spend (£88m gross) + loans for Romero & Kulu & Gollini, and the season before (Jose) the net spend was £88m and gross £100m. Season 19/20 was similar with £135m spent and £80m gross....Post the new stadium, the money is there. We will have to and need to shift a few players .
We also have Paratici in place and so deals IN and OUT will be being worked on constantly. Not just his knowledge but his specialism in getting deals done, something that has largely in Levy's hands in years gone by and thats where the problems have been. One of our best early signings in recent times was Modric (April 2008) and its no coincidence that that deal was done at a time when we had a DoF (Comolli). We can, maybe, have hope, that our transfers will be better managed, better targeted and better delivered.
With Conte making the demands, its feels like it is all in place to finally start to make real strides forwards and upwards. And Levy knows the risks if he is not compliant.

GLC has had a good loan and I reckon Villarreal will pay the £30m to make that permanent. Then it’s about how much we can raise from the following, my estimates included:
Sanchez - £20m
Wink - £15m
Bergwijn - £25m
Reguilon - £30m
Rodon - £10m
Ndombele - £20m
Royal - £20m
That’s £140m, leaving us £60m after Kulu and Romero. Stadium naming rights about £30m per season. Then factor in we are allowed to make losses under FFP and have a very wealthy and old owner who at some point will surely feel the time is right.
We can spend £150m after Kulu and Romero if we can shift a few.
Otherwise, there is serious quality available on a free this summer - titi should be all over it, Perisic is a must, Dybala, Modric, Bale - real quality available for no transfer fee
