£5 million is a lot of money, tbf.
ETH will go for young talents. Probably promote from your academy. 125m is more than enough considering what he did at Ajax. And 125m is only a start. He Probably told the board he doesn't need more.
Some quality players available on a free this summer and you would imagine ETH has 2 or 3 under the radar Eredivisie players up his sleeve - they will be reasonably priced.
