They're better than us already. We've lost Rudiger, Christensen and bought no one. They've signed Perisic and will get Bissouma, Bastoni and Richarlison.

Gallagher and the defender from Huddersfield will be in the squad for next season and I expect there will be one or two others.
We will buy whatever happens to Lukaku, should the right players be available. We will also lose one or two, in the meantime there will be plenty of speculation and no doubt a little bravado from some rival fans but it's summer and to be expected.
First we were stuffed if Roman leaves because he will want his money back, then we were never going to be sold for 2 billion, we just weren't wort it. We've been told our youth program would never give youngsters a chance despite the fact that the premier is littered with players we have developed or have passed through our books. Despite the fact that we continue to win things on a regular basis conspired to most clubs you still get the simpletons that cannot live with the evidence we are not some insignificant tin pot club, you have to admire their optimism though.

This isn't really that different from the "Roman will get bored after a few years" rhetoric. Statements based on hope trying to pass as some expert opinion.
The only way us or rival fans can know if these owners will be any good is on the job, that's it. They were wrong about Roman. They might be right about these guys, they might not, but no-one can know yet.
