hes stopped doing them and now they have chris sutton who hates leeds
Everyone is just basing us on what they saw last season and that we have lost KP and Raph.
The main issue for me was playing Dan James up front for half a season and having virtually no midfield! Hopefully PB is fit and raring to go. He will make a huge difference as well as the extra midfielders. We obviously still need another striker and left back.
No one really knows how we will do, dont really need to read these doom and gloom posts.
im not the most optimistic about our chances of staying up but reckon everton with fat frank in charge will be below us and brentford i reckon will suffer second season syndrome. Also reckon at least 1 from brighton, southampton and wolves will struggle this year but think forest will be this years surprise team. To me we are in a mini league of about 8 teams so a good start will boost confidence but a bad start and i fear we wont recover. Seen very few are predicting we beat wolves but i think this is probably the best opener we could have and really fancy us to win that one and if we get at least a draw againt saints then i think we will push on from that against a chelsea team who seem to be lost at the moment. Get in another striker and a decent LB and will be more than happy and maybe we could even win our mini league
I saw a lot of comments on that Guardian prediction for us questioning the projected position. 18th/relegation is just somebody's opinion and means sweet FA.
As far as the top ten goes, these predictions are none too dissimilar to what I posted a few weeks ago where only the top half of the table was asked for. I can’t see Leeds going down though, and I don’t see that lot at no.9 finishing so high 😉
I'm not sure about about all the top 10 but most of the teams near the top pick themselves. Some of the bottom 10 seem to raise eyebrows though. Why Everton 14th - they were awful last season and have barely strengthened from what ive seen. Lewins out injured again.
Palace 11th - they haven't got Gallagher so why they so high - a very average side in my opinion.
A lot of its just a guess and not base don much from what i can see.
Very often some dramatic changes in fortune for a couple of sides.
Not all 3 promoted sides go straight back down.
I think we're in for a struggle, but would like nothing better for us to be one of those teams that has a dramatic change in fortunes and finds safety relatively easily.
I think Leicester are going to struggle and can't see them finishing in the top ten.
No players brought in and very heavily reliant on a 35 year old striker.
I also don't see how you can lose a player as important as kasper and not replace him and not struggle

Agree with Everton, 4th bottom at best.
I think Palace have a decent side and although Gallagher will be a miss they will still do well - Olise, Eze, Guehi, Zaha are all quality players. Their left back whose name escapes me is decent also and they signed a highly rated youngster from Bayern so could do really well
Thought the Guardian would be sat on the fence.
