Scratch test so the results are instant.... the facking dots on my arm either swell up and itch like a caaant, or don't

14 allergens tested, of which:

I am allergic to: Cats, dogs, grass pollen, European dust mite, American dust mite, rabbits.

I am not allergic to: Horses, weeds, rapeseed, feathers, beech pollen, moulds and fungi.

At least your dust miye allergy doesn't discriminate

So what happens now, new meds, less old meds, or just stay away from the irritants?

I'm on the highest prescription antihistamines... the only "treatment" is immunotherapy but this isn't covered on the NHS, so comes out of the hospital's own budget, which means they will only provide it for exceptional cases.

So yes, avoidance is the only other way of abating it handy to know the NOTs though too... as I always imagined most of the nots to be reactive to me, just based on the similarity to things I knew set me off
