Merse only there to cover his gambling debts
Savage and Merson are really only favoured because of their personalities. Nobody really expects tactical insight from them.
Garth is a running joke at this point and i think everyone would miss laughing at his TOW selections at the least
Savage obsessed with HAVING AN OPINION and BANTER; proving why there should be more journalists on these shows than ex-footballers.
eh Sunday supplement and some of the newspaper podcasts are enough for me. Many of them are dour and lack charisma

What was up with Wanyama btw?
Carrying a knock?
Just came back after like 2/3 months out so no real preseason.

Matt Le Tiss, is he overrated cos his goals were so exceptional or underrated because he had more to his game than that?
If not fit could you have not put someone else in midfield?
We could have but with Son in a similar boat I think Poch preferred who he preferred really.
Some people like to go on about what he could have achieved had he left Southampton too much

Huh? He did leave southamptn
As in during his prime not right at the end
wiki doesnt even have records for Eastleigh and the Guernsey side he played for
His prime was like early 90s anyway
I was born in 93. Remember seeing him in highlight reels at the end of the 90s, about it
Seen a lot of him on PL years though
FFS we were just talking about Wanyama after the MLT question which is why I was confused lol.
Yeah I dunno really
From what I gather his Southampton sides never did that well in the league and they had to compensate for his laziness.
His scoring record is pretty fantastic for a midfielder, even if he played mostly forward
Sorry went for a poo.
Kante wasn't that good yesterday I thought?
