just had an argument with a bunch of kids on linkedin who seem to think that einstein was a slow thinker.

thinking about asking them about my dream about my nephew but seeing as other people can read the conversation probably best left.

not that sort of dream btw

as you can imagine, particularly when im in places like cambodia, i spend a lot of time thinking deeply about events in my life trying to work out the solutions.

a few weeks ago, i had a period where i would work things out in my sleep and realise the answers when i woke up: the barman had taken the 19 year old (turned out to be true), that australian guy with the funny walk was duncan donuts and was responsible for what had been going on (turned out to be true).

now then.

around the same time, i dreamed i was playing cricket in the garden at my mum's house with my nephew. this is probably my first ever dream with that nephew in it and the first time id thought about him for months. the next day i asked my brother how he was (first time id messaged him in months as well). he replied saying that his boy was fine. oh. and by coincidence. he'd stayed over at my mum's last night for the first time in about a year.

it's the same guy. im sure from some of his comments on there it's the same guy. he calls himself sir duncan ffs. but he's an aussie.

it's your last night in cambodia. you just want to mind your own business and find a girl to sleep with after they've just ripped a stunna off you who you were making love to with your hands, and the 19 year old you made out with for 6 nights before a sneaky french fkuc tricked you both into 'splitting up' and taking her when she was so honry she'd go with any man on earth that available, has just called you her ex and walked off telling you it's over.

You're walking along minding your own business, when you see a bloke dragging a bird out of a bar by her hair telling her to get in a tuktuk.

the lad looks like he could be handy with his fists. he's grinning as if it's all a bit of fun, but you know that look and this lad is raring to go and could flip at any moment. there's noone else within sight except for bar girls.

what do you do ?
