Was on one article earlier but Admin had to close it down.

I avoid the news, it's not good for the mind. Sounds selfish but I can't put myself through it, if only everyone was kind to each other and treated people how you wish to be treated the world would be a much better place.

My current best is 33 minutes.

Tend to avoid running
Partly through laziness, partly because I don’t want my knees shins or hips replaced with plastic in a few years
