I think we just have to accept it’s Spurs we never do things the easy way. It’s always been like that. Always cause our own issues and problems and nearly always self inflicted.

said it a few weeks ago, I feared Ange might be used as scapegoat for Levy to under deliver in this window and I fear I might be right
We are back to Levy always looking at the youngest/cheapest option (Low wages & opportunity for sell-on profit) or low risk loans and praying for a miracle worker manager.
Lets hope PSG are a long behind us in terms of preseason otherwise next week could be really embarrassing
BTW.... You seem have missed out Palhinha.... he will 100% start.... Spurs are very lightweight up front.... best chance we have is to be organized and difficult to beat...Credit to the club for that signing, he'll do well.... We should have signed him from Fulham.... Thankfully, he should be well rested... he's done nothing for 12 months as Kompamy didnt play him
Been a shambles of a window thus far in all honesty. Haven't been able to move players out of the door, no number 10 yet, nobody new to add goals in our attack as either a striker or winger. On top of this, other big teams are making big strides to improve their squads.
It just feels like we are further away from the top 4 than ever before. Ali G said on his latest vid that this must be the lowest expectations we've ever had going into a season and I agree with him.
The planning from the board has been embarrassing. I know we missed out on MGW and had we got him it wouldn't be as bad, but we didn't and the way we have reacted has been so poor. It's 2 weeks since MGW signed a new contract and we're only a week away from our first league game. Less than that until the Super Cup. What the hell are we doing?
I think when it comes to selling our dead wood, more and more clubs just can't be bothered to deal with Levy unless it's for a star player they really want. For players that are surplus to requirements I think it's not worth the pain of dealing with Levy. Perhaps Levy's reputation is why it's proving so hard to clear out players we no longer want.
If Richy gets injured, (which is a high probability) & Solanke just returning from injury… we’d be properly screwed!
The naive & frugal approach from Levy, really winds me up… this squad currently, is not equipped to finish top 6 & have a decent run in all the cups &CL…
It’s so frustrating!!
Spurs love the middle of the roadshow...Being average and playing that way suits us...
We will be alright but probably 16th.

Sad from a Spurs pov
Same thing from journos....They know the deal with Spurs....Link us with everyone, that;s what Levy wants but we will not bid for anyone... The chairman with the smallest wallets
I've heard about a renewed interest in Eze lately but honestly by the time any bid from us materialised, I don't see Palace wanting to sell with so little time left to find a replacement. Suspect it would be like the Guehi bid and we'd make it in the last few days of the window with no hope in hell of it coming off. Brainless tactics.
Completely bang on Sandy, unfortunately.
I've lost my love a little bit because hope is fast evaporating under Levy's stewardship.
I honestly think Frank was brought in, not to get us back into the top four, but to steady the ship through turbulent financial times. I don't know what Levy's end goal is but he's clearly squeezing the club for all it's worth, hoping for a miracle worker to keep us in the league maybe.
The way things currently are, my expectations are to avoid getting caught in a relegation scrap, just. Some fans are delusional about the squad we have.
The fact that there are rumours circling now about Eze are laughable. There's not a chance in hell Levy pays the transfer fee nor the wages required to get a guy like that.
I think at best we'll be looking at El Khanouss at Leicester and a last minute loan signing of a centre half. Mark my words. This is going to be an underwhelming window to say the least. Those saying we've still got time are deluded. think Saha and Nelson. That's who we are.
If you do go that first game, give Levy hell please. I've decided I'm not going to any this year. I try and get to a 5-10 games a year, be it league or cup, but I'm refusing now. I'm not giving that cvnt a penny more. I want him out. We need new owners. The game has outgrown ENIC.

I am at the first two home matches. But I purchased the tickets on the basis the squad was going to evolve. Sadly it
looks to have gone backwards. I cannot believe Spurs are going into the Prem season with a striker who is currently injured, one who was on his way out of the door, and a young league two player. And Levy says he wants to challenge for
the Prem and the CL.
Well the good thing is, fans know. If we end up bottom half or lower, Frank won't get any blame. All the daggers will be firmly aimed at Levy, and rightfully so.

Yup, frank will be labelled a poor coach by the clueless and demand a new manager. Rinse and repeat.
Can understand the negative comments from fans because of the lack of squad improvement but I actually think Spurs might surprise a few this year.
Many good coaches will look to work with what they’ve got for half a season before they start making major changes / acquisitions.
Frank is a smart manager. I think he’ll make you hard to beat and do quite well - looking to add one or two in Jan maybe.

Frank will receive the blame from some sections but most blame will be concentrated on Levy and rightly so. Almost everyone knows this transfer window has been a poor one and that it's not down to Frank.
At the same time, I still expect a top half finish with this squad so anything less and Frank has underperformed I believe. He said himself months ago when speaking about Spurs that the likes of Bentancur, Bissouma etc. are very good PL players.
Sandy what happend to ENIC IN!!! LEVY IN!!!
That you were putting on every post and shouting down at people???
You were completely unhinged and brainwashed by the cult of Levy.
Have you forgotten to take your blue pill? I'm not talking about Vigara either!
Well, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club that was, needs rid of ENIC & Levy with a matter of utmost urgency, that much is blatantly clear.
Our owners set us up to fail, like all his predecessors, Frank will be left short and expected to turn water into wine.
The only one to achieve it so far, was Poch, and he was sacked after reaching a CL final and runners up in the PL.
Levy out.
Losing Maddison was a very bad start.
Now we need a midfielder as well as attackers.
So go for Conor Gallagher as well as
Rodrygo.
nothing less will do.
Adding Gallagher to an already limited one dimensional team. . This is precisely why this team is struggling. You can add Palhinha, Sarr, Solanke , Bj, Richarlison to that list. Can’t take anymore.
Can we bring in footballers who can actually play the game and I and many fans would enjoy watching.

You do know that it is not a crime to change your mind. I am still a big supporter of Levy, he has done more good than bad for the club, but he is leaving the club short this
transfer window knowing the unprecedented injury crisis last season, and the rising number of injuries right now, and the season has not even started.
It would be a complete dereliction of duty if certain weaknesses in the squad were not addressed by the club, and that means Levy has to spend. Should already have. He has had plenty of time.
Very disappointed in Levy's lack of action is an understatement.
