Eze, Kudos, Palhinha & Danso are great signings and the new deals for Cuti, Spence and Bentancur (hearing that will be announced this week) are great moves
I still don't see the point of Tel & Takai.. Feels like 35mln quid wasted in positions we have tons of cover
not agreed according to sky
I agree about not making a move sooner. It will still make for a very good window but why was it left so late? We'll miss out on him playing in our game against City I would think now, which he could have proven useful in.
Interested to know whether we'd have gone for him had Maddison not been injured.
Could do with another left winger before the window closes but whoever we sign from this point onwards, we've already made our most important signing - Frank. He alone should give us a few 'like new' signings.

Agreed..... I don't think Madders has done enough/ stayed fit enough during his time at Spurs to be regarded as a success.... Given some of the attacking midfielders available this summer I don't think anyone could regard Madders as being irreplicable.
I would argue Kudos, Eze, Cunha, Mbeumo, Elliot (Thats just in the Prem) are better than Madders

Not surprised
Savinho would make it a Perfect window coupled with getting a manager who aint gonna throw PL games away with stupid tactics
Wonder where all this auction leaves Kulu ? as much as I like him & he's done well for Spurs..... The directness and pace of Kudos down the right was such a refreshing change..... No Surprise to see Richie benefitting without him slowing everything down and cutting back on his left foot..... Still a good option to have but I wonder if he's a Frank type player..... Wide players we are looking at are all about pace & directness

Well he’s still injured, but I’ve no doubt he’ll fight his way back into the team one he’s recovered.
Plenty of games to play this season (If we have a decent CL and domestic cup runs!
Not over the line yet. Won't believe anything, until I actually see him in a Spurs shirt. Remember the MGW nonsense? And all the other players Spurs were close to supposedly signing over the years.
Palace not selling Eze not GUEHI until they get their replacements, that was clearly relayed to Spurs and Liverpool.

Doesnt change the fact there was a release clause of 65mln for Eze that expired last Friday.
Id have preferred to have paid the Extra 5 mln and had him 2 weeks ago .. But then again it aint my money
Levy had better not start tinkering with terms and payment structures at this late stage, just get it done ……but you can 100% see it coming and Palace telling us to fook off.

I was excited to get Madders but you're probably right. So far he's not lived up to my hopes, mainly due to injury. There were people that did warn about his injury record before we got him and it turns out they were right. Any player who is half decent and can stay fit is going to be more worthwhile than Madders, even if when he's fit and in form he'd be well above most.
