Its crazy how teams just keep giving him jobs so that he can talk his way out of the job and take the pay-off. Fair play to him.

Reckon Ruben’s going to be lucky to get a job managing in the Portugese second division when he’s finally binned off with us.

What a legend. He still holds the second best win percentage of any United manager and is the only man to win all three European trophies.

Benfica 👏

Fenerbahce fans are said to be furious as they reckon he engineered their loss to Benfica in the CL play off rounds so he could coach Benfica in the competition!

Jose: i will be looking at moving to a team not involved in uefa competition.

reality: leaves for the team that made it to the champ league at his old teams expense weeks after it happened.

Surprised he never got the Portuguese national team gig

And still won’t be able to win the league.

TBF he hasn't made enough money from being sacked so needs another job so he can get sacked again.

"I think the best thing I have to do is, when I leave Fenerbahce, I go to a club that does not play UEFA competitions," - moved to the team that knocked his team out to get into Champ League .... all above board im sure !

He hasn’t done a good job anywhere in years yet keeps getting relatively big jobs. Football is a funny game at times.

Let's hope it's a bookend.

He's funny sometimes

"Who turns down Benfica? Not me"

He attracts headlines, good and bad, but some clubs will probably thing it is good to be in the limelight.

The general consensus is he is way past his best, but then football owners aren't always renowned for making sound decisions either.

I think after this, he will end up in the Portugal job. But it just shows you that footie managers need to know when it's time to quit also

Oh, Jose knows when to quit. And he's got about £40m in the bank to prove it!
