how much weight do you put on barry for dips?
Do you barbell or dumbell bench btw Barry?
I have never done weighted dips before tbh, I imagine it is just tri dips with a weight on yeah?
40kg 8 reps. 4 sets usually. sometimes 45kg and less reps.
i am managing 20kg at 6 reps 4 sets now. i am building!

It is just the same as dips without weight yes, but with weight. Lolz.
I dont think I would be very good at weighted dips. I have unusually long arms in comparison to my body and struggle with normal dips.
Well you just need to be able to do dips for a while, and get the reps up on those. Then add weight when you can do lots of reps. You don't have long arms, you just have an unlong body.
I am 6ft and am on the whole in normal proportions.
i have long arms compared to my body but I am fine with dips, just do 15 then add weight
I am quite good at tri pull downs on the machine things. Just never really do dips. Will start though
it's better to keep changing routines/exercises as it will shock your body a bit more meaning bigger gains
Dips do the chest and shoulders a lot more than triceps. Unless you are doing them on narrow bars. But those are stupid.
thats because it was silly, space is easy to get to, just swim upwards
Yeah I do that a Lot diggers always mix up between barbell and dumbar benching.
I had a Barry Smith style argument on a bus with someone about whether the world was flat or round. Needless to say which side I was arguing for.
Yes. It was comical for all on the bus apart from the stupid guy.
