City will lose to Swansea, draw to to the chaav.s and lose to Arsenal. I think they'll draw at Carrow Road too. My prediction that is.

Thats bold Arab. I cant see them dropping points at Swansea, maybe draw with Chelsea depending on the influence of Di Matteo, arsenal with lose, I can see Norwich maybe snatching something as they looked good against us.

Stoke and Newcastle away may also be stumbling points for them though. Here's hoping.

It will all come down to the game at the United stadium. Massive game!

I predict we'll be clear by the Villa game

Who expected Utd to lose against Blackburn at home?! Those nearer the foot of the table are far more dangerous because it is during those games we run the risk of complacency.

City play the more fluent football, have quality players in every position. One thing they lack, as a team anyway, is experience of winning the league but individually they have people who have won many things.

It is, as you say, a matter of who makes the least amount of errors and one who holds its nerves. One thing for sure, Utd will never go away until it is mathematically impossible. That is a credit to Fergie and the belief he instills in his players.

I think that City have some potential stumbling blocks there and they will drop points.

However, as a United fan I know we dont like to make it easy on ourselves so we will also drop points.

Derby game will finish a draw and United to steal it on the last day for title 20.

Our last game away to Sunderland.

I can see O'Shea turning around and booting the ball into his own net.

If any of us was O'Shea we would do it would we?

I don't care, I would. Fine me 2 weeks wages.

i remember arsenal fans talking about an easy run in a couple of seasons ago. we've done miraculously well to even stay in contention, but now is not a time to count chickens.

Wise words. Anyone with any sense should take heed.

Both teams will drop points when least expected (becasue that is simply the nature of the EPL), I'm just glad that we're still in there fighting with a good chance. Fergie has worked wonders whilst developing this latest group of players, and to win the title would be one fo his best achievements.

Have you seen them at home this season? Bloody phenomenal. They nearly beat Chelsea but drew at the last second, they drew with Spurs and they beat Arsenal there. We grinded out an important win there a few weeks after the City mauling though, and they were unbeaten there until they met us for a good 9 months. I think they'll draw against City or beat them.

Imagine if we won the title at the Etihad. That would just be amazing. Last minute too.

we've already won it there once before, hodge;

Yeah, they definately have looked good this season and don't get me wrong I'm a big fan of the way they play football. I just cant see them beating city. They havent looked that impressive recently. This is all conjecture of course. For all we know they city players could all get a season ending illness and have to play their reserves for the last 10 games.

WE JUST DON'T KNOW....

City will not go away. But I've had them as favourites pretty much all season. I think after the results we've had against top teams in recent weeks and with the respective run ins, we may just do it. Gonna be tight though and April 30th is crucial!

Either City keep on winning and United fall away or City start slipping up and United stroll past them or both keep winning and the derby pretty much decides it or they both lose all their matches and Arsenal steal it...

....that last one was a joke.

I mentioned this before but when city won the league on the last day of the season over utd in 67/68, in the final games utd played sunderland at OT and lost and city beat Newcastle away. City won the league by 2 points. A bit of a coincidence that utd play sunderland in last game this season and city play away to newcastle in penultimate game.

City had a far better gd then so it would't have mattered even if man utd won unless there is something I am missing like head to head.

Anyway that has virtually nothing to do with what happens this time as firstly the points system is different.
