No one can bat better than India in subcontinent.All time greats like Mcgrath & Warne have been subjected to contempt on occasions so its not a shame losing today.Anyways, atleast we are assured a place in final and India may still get eliminated.

PR this is why I said we should have fielded first but still we should be defending that total.

Problem with us batting first is that even 240 would have been enough for them... we have mentality issues with a chase. we batted well to be fair. And im hoping we bat first again on thursday......

Outcome was not decided on the basis of decision to bat first by Misbah only.Imo,it was correct decision considering our batting had been dismal of late.Credit where its due,India bat exceptionally well on subcontinent tracks and lets face it we do not have any world class bowler atm other than Ajmal.

Just watch the Bangladesh game and games in Aus. When India have had to set a total they have struggled to win and if BD can chase then so can we on that flat track. When India know of a total to get they are such a better team.

The thing here is Pakistan would never had chased 300+

If you had said to Pakistan before the game, what do you prefer to do, chase 260 odd or defend 320+ they would've gone with defending 320+... Every Pak fan would've taken that before the game.

India did bat well, especially Kohli, he doesn't seem to put a foot wrong. But, Riaz bowled rubbish, Cheema resorted to bowling to Kohli's strength, short deliveries... Afridi has looked out of sorts with the ball for a long while now. Ajmal had an off day, and Hafeez gave us the start but was not supported enough... With that Hammad Azam just stood there, this Misbah priick never gives him a chance with the ball...

On top of that Pakistan's fielding was pathetic, that ramee Umar Akmal just continued to gift runs to India, the over throw he gave was ridiculous... India were diving and actually stopping runs, whereas Pakisan were doing the opposite. Plus, if you look at the NB's and Wides bowled, once again like the semi-final, India never gave that many extra's away compared to Pakistan, another thing which makes a difference... Shoot them all I say!

I see “filtereds” constant complaining to the mods has paid off…. Maksi was/is a quality poster who often used colourful language to express his opinions. Nothing wrong with that. Typical of some posters on here to get twitchy about it though. Fact is the vast majority of us can take criticism our teams and players, yet one or two posters take it personally. Quite frankly, some of these lot ought to find alternative hobbies in life.
