I heard yesterday that Wasps refuse to pay cmpensation and Cardiff are going to court - anyone know about this?
As I understand, Wasps claim that because he's a coach and not a player compensation is NOT an issue and are refusing to pay any. The blues think it is and are demanding one.
The big question is will they go after Wasps or maybe the easier target DY?
IMO they should just leave it.
Well I heard that Cardiff didnt want to keep him - if they did they should get something even if its a token - if they truly were trying to keep hold of him maybe they have a case

Not sure where you heard that the Blues didn't want DY, according to reports here they fought hard to keep him in Cardiff, but ultimately he wanted away.
Been at Cardiff for around 9 years and before that as a player, with a tightening budget he felt it was time for something new.
When the story first broke thats what I heard - a friend of mine said that ESPN had it on their web news but removed it when Cardiff released their statement - thats why when you wrote your original article on this I answered with the compensation stuff - obviously - its only what i heard - so could be total ballix
