Sachin strike rate was at 86% when he got to 80’s, this dropped to 72% when he got to 90’s. No question about it, he slowed down to get his milestone and as a result this has led to indias defeat. Not the main reason, but part of it.

I was a neutral in this game. I have obviously wanted sachin to get that 100th 100 and im delighted that hes done that now.

Also, ive noticed post-match we are all talking about sachin, but give credit to the bengla boys, they were awesome.

To be honest though....i actually agree with afridi to some extent....in todays match its understandable. 100 hundreds was a lot of media hype and after he got it he can go and play his natural game and that weight is now of (imagine 1bn multiplied by Shankar. However I think the Gambhir and Kohli centuries a few days back were a little milestone grabbing and potentially could have cost us the match

And you are right. Bangladesh have done really well this tournament. They put up a spirited fight against the Paks and smashed us.

Agree, so this is how it stands:

No team is through to the final yet and no team is out, with 2 games to go. At least its competitive. For Pakistan to get knocked out India will need to beat us heavy and get a bonus point and then lanka or desh need a bonus point.
