we don't believe we have the players that will consistently score goals. (because we don't). you put a striker who just scores goals in that team and the belief will return.

when QPR got it back to 2-1. the players thought, here we go again! when you think like that, it will happen again.

when we told ourselves before the everton game that we simply had to win, we did win, and well. we keep telling ourselves that we WILL win this game. we will keep winning. we keep thinking. i'm not sure about this game (like we are doing) we will continue to falter. simple as that

this is why we have done well in the cups. we go into the game saying we have to go through. we want to win those games more than the average premier league match.

after tonight the players will be fuming. all that anger will get taken out on wigan this weekend. they will think to themselves before the game that we are going to absolutely take apart wigan today. i bet you a million quid we batter wigan this weekend.
