NY, thanks for my place in the 606 team, i havent responded as i was away at a family wedding over Sunday and monday and have only just seen this.
I know you couldnt have possibly known this, but thanks for not giving me the number ten shirt.
As is the case with most players, i am VERY superstitious and just hated the 10 shirt.

Newyankee: You've had it about Billy's goal celebration from 2 sources now. He certainly did not take his shirt off and made only minimal contact with the crowd; I didn't even realise that he got booked at the time. It must have been after the second (identical) celebraton.
I have only recently heard the manager's comments and after over 30 matches and over a dozen of his own signings he is STILL going on about sticking plasters, patching up etc. He also bemoaned Billy scoring against us as though it was montrously unlucky. Is JR the sort of boss that is impressed with this sort of stuff? It's a good thing he doesn't work for Abramovich or even for me for that matter. What a whinger!

Donaldo. Not a criticism but a few things spring to mind in defence of DS.
One. He is not used to or neither does he understand Failure.
Two. With the blend of the new regime and old, then why are things so bad. Players not assistig each other or segregation perhaps. Copps certainly stated so.
Thirdly . perhaps he is stating the obvious and is speaking on behalf of JR
Fourthly. Perhaps he has been told to state these facts by higher authority, his appointment of some 3 year deal did seem very strange at the time. the writing was on the wall on his appointment and despite what the now defunct board (that in itself speaks volums) stated about survival was nonsense and DS was always going to be the fall guy because the new system of transfers even though I thought it better than what was in place always seemed strange for a new manager to be persuaded to use

Especially if you warmed the bench xondrfc, the comedy was a reference to a lot of your postings. Glad to know we have some experience at last.
They say you don't play on paper, but most of us would prefer that or a game of subbuteo.

I have got two very mean feet, and fists as well, so I can play anywhere at back, it is usually not to far to walk to dressing rooms when I point to them when players are laying hurt on the floor. Nancies.
